This is one of the older properties bordering Disneyland and the room was showing its age, but this was OK as I spent majority of my time in Disneyland. This hotel has one of best locations as it is just across the street from the main gate making it easy to be at Disney for “ rope drop” and just a short walk back to take breaks during the day to get out of Southern California heat.Stayed here for 3 nights in September and will be booking here again next year. I

Staff was amazing. Rooms were clean and kept clean. They are going through construction with the swimming pool and just so everyone knows valet is a must here so be prepared to pay for it nightly.

The room was very clean. The location is excellent. The staff were very kind and everyone smiled. I was on the first floor and the kids upstairs were making a ton of noise. If I were intolerant of other humans existing like so many others, it could have been a problem. I was happy to know the family was enjoying a Disneyland trip.

The carpet is in dire need of replacing. Or a very good cleaning. Had to wear shoes to not have dirty feet. Bathroom and beds were clean. The beds weren't super comfortable but tolerable. I think many hotels need to upgrade their mattresses. But the location to Disneyland is great, so you pay for location. When i checked in, the front desk was going to have me pay even though i had already paid through expedia.

As a frequent Disney goer I have tried most places to stay across the street from the park. This was the first time I stayed at Del Sol. I choose because my kids are getting older and we needed more space, the bunk beds sold me. Things seemed good the first night but we woke up to construction at 7am. Shortly there after our power went out so we could not use the fridge or microwave (young kids so we brought several food items.) we brought both of these concerns up to the front desk. We got back and still no power and woke up to construction. We found a guy who was able to get power back. When we returned that night we noticed that our garbages were full and towels were on the floor and they needed to be changed as there are not any hangers for your towels. When I went to the front they let us know they don’t have housekeeping they just provide new towels. We love staying late at the park so the 7am construction even on holiday and weekends on top of the other issues was no good at all.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff is very helpful! And the location was great!! I'm 60 yrs old with a bad hip. It only took my wife and I five minutes to walk to Disney. The Denny's is right next door also very nice place. I asked the valet if they would park my car somewhere easy for my checkout day and he was very helpful with that. At first I couldn't find it so the desk clerk actually called the young man, Who said he would come back in and help us find it. How nice is that?!! The car was actually parked right under our room OMG senior moments are fun. I appreciated all the help and kindness from the staff Thank you for making our Disney trip Magical.
