Great stay clean comfy but you could hear the street noise and the parking was confusing the attendant confused us and made me re park in the front and then he parked it back exactly where I had parked it but at the end they were nice and we figured things out

Room was clean. There is significant road noise from both the freeway and the main road in front of Disney. There were a lot of car alarms going off throughout the night. I wear earplugs and didn’t hear any of it my husband said he hear all of it. It was a little annoying that a hotel only does partial room service. They dump the garbages and switch out the towels, there was no bed service. Hotel is a very close walk to the park. It is clean and the employees were very friendly.

Rooms were huge and clean. If I stayed here again I would request a room away from the pool, as it was steps away from our room. The windows are very thin and we heard lots of noise from the pool and people walking by. We loved that it was very close to the Disney entrance.

Room was clean. Valet was great. There’s a little bit of road noise, but that’s to be expected. The electrical was a little bit weird you had to have your key card in a slot next to the door or the lights would not work and there was no bedside lamp that’s the only downfall.

Everything here was wonderful! The room was clean and comfortable, nice bed, nice bathroom. Room had a little bit of noise from outside, but otherwise, we slept really well. Front desk staff were very nice, especially Carlos! and the valet staff are crazy helpful! All around great stay, definitely our new Disney go-to!
