Great house, poorly supplied and rigid management. This house is in a good location, although arguably not walkable to the beach. Not due to distance but because there is not a safe place to cross the highway. The community pool was too cold to swim, but nice otherwise. The house was poorly supplied. No paper towels, no dish soap, no toilet paper, no salt/pepper/oil, no trash bags (seriously?), no coffee filters (and no coffee), nothing. We had to make a grocery run after arrival just to get the basic necessities. House is comfortable and spacious. Our group of 11 was comfortable, but I would not recommend many more than that. The fire pit had a gas leak so we did not use it, but the grill was great (you need charcoal, so add that to the grocery list). We called about a month prior to our stay to see if the management company had a larger property for a larger group, and they were quite rude in telling us "No" and reiterated that if we backed out of this unit we would incur large fees. I also emailed and asked about a late checkout as our flights were in the evening (checkout is at 10) and got a polite but firm "No" on that as well. We will definitely come back to Orange Beach, but will not be renting this house again due to the property management company.
