Beginning September 16, 2026 the South Elevation Renovation Project will begin. This project is expected to last until an estimated date of February 5, 2027. The schedule provided is as follows: September 16-October 16: North Balconies for units ending in 09. October 19-November 20: South Balconies for units ending in 09, 08, 07, and 06. November 23-February 5: North Balconies of units ending in 01.
PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO CONSTRUCTION, THE POOL WILL BE CLOSED DURING THE FOLLOWING DATES: October 19-November 20 and January 4-February 5.
