This was the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. The actual name is the Traveler Inn not the OYO. to start with. There were bed bugs in the room and not to mention we couldn't even shower casue the water came out brown. The microwave could not be used do to faulty electrical outlets. The mini fridge has to be completely changed out after the original one didn't work. This hotel was so bad i didn't stay but o. Thrusday changed hotels with help from my mother. Worst part is when i called Expedia they told me i could not change or get a refund. So im still paying for a room i slept one night in. I will never use this sight again to book a hotel.

The room we got was supposed to be a non-smoking room but you could smell the smoke right when you walked in there was ashes on the ac unit and on the floor. The shower curtain had black mold on it. The staff was nice but the room was a different story.

The pictures on expedia must be when the hotel was brand new. Paint, carpet, bed, holes in the walls, sink and toilet nasty. Everything was nasty. Many homeless living on property. Everything about it was awful. Property really should be condemned. Expedia needs to take it off their site.

Absolutely terrible!! Nothing like the photos. The staff is so friendly but thats the only positive. We were evacuating due to Milton and ended up leaving a night earlier and driving farther north because it was disgusting. Bugs, smell and just overall clealiness was just awful. The pictures on hotels.com are probably ten years old. I have current photos but it wont let me post it

When arrived we we're turned away by owner/manager due to plumbing problems. We were not given any kind of notice. Owner/manager had my number and had 24 hours to notify us. We had 3 rooms reserved.

When we checked in the owner of the hotel told me that they where over booked. We had to wait for a room that originally he stated was being renovated. It had no tv in it originally.no cabel or wifi we had to use our mobile hotspot to watch tv. The hotel looked like it was about to fall apart at any moment. We had no hot water or water pressure. I had to go down to the desk to ask about the water. We had no phone. The staff looked like they where doped out of their minds and when i asked for an extra blanket and towels it took hours to get and the girl told my son my bad i was high and forgot. 0/10 would not recommend unless you're into that kinda thing.

Never again!

The water was leaking inside the bathroom towels were dirty. Couldn't take a shower due to the leaking in the bathroom had to use the towels for the bathroom floor. Just an overall bad experience.

Everything was filthy the front desk area was filthy and unorganized. He was drunk and offered my husband a beer out of a nasty refrigerator. The room stunk the floors slippery, bathroom looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in forever.

There was poop all inside the toilet and the outer ridge. With what looked like blood in the toilet . The shower was dirty didn’t have a cover just a big hole for the water to drain out . Trash all over the property looks to be abandoned this hotel is not a 4.4. It needs to be condemned and the owner wanted me to pay twice said Expedia canceled the reservation. I wouldn’t pay 20.00 to stay at that place

The hotel was NOT GOOD. They gave s dirty towels, there was trash inder the beds on a very easy to clean laminate floor. The outlets didnt work well. The toilet plugged up 3 times. The bathroom door was so damaged and rotted that you had to push the hinge side with your foot while pulling it shut.

The man at check in was very nice. He offered us a drink several times. The sink had a ring of grime. The non smoking room had a dirty ashtray in it. The water pressure in the sink was better than the shower and the preasure in the sink was pitiful. The room smelled dirty. Overall it was just gross. But no bed bugs so that's a positive.
