Perfect location, perfect stay.

The front desk woman was very nice and friendly from the moment we checked in and each morning we saw her. The room was spacious, clean and bright with a Juliet balcony with beautiful views. Breakfast was so plentiful, a casino, spa facilities and a beauty salon all within the hotel. A lovely park right across the street which brings you to the beaches and sea walkway. We fell in love with Opatija!

The central location is the only real advantage. The breakfast is fine. Parking was frustrating. The rooms themselves are spacious but feel very outdated. All these made the stay less comfortable than expected.

We had a great Expedia points deal this time, the regular pricing (honestly in all of Opatija) seems steep. Nonetheless, the experience was very good. Comfy bed, decent shower, minibar, sea/harbor view. A little water kettle would have been appreciated though. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant really acceptable. Having been here before, I'm sure we will be back as well with another surplus of travel points to cash :-)

The room was clean. The staff is friendly but it felt like you bother them a bit, or that they are waiting for the end of shift. I waited almost ten minutes at the front desk to check out, no one was there. The parking was full in September, don't count on it in peak season. Still a nice hotel.

Very decent hotel in the center of Opatija, I've stayed over in this town many times in other hotels, so this was a first try, always having (negatively) associated this hotel with it's slot machine casino. But it turned out to be very decent, with a helpful and friendly staff and comfortable rooms, in my case with a great view from the 5th floor. The breakfast could have been slightly more diverse, the coffee was frankly not that good. But all in all, a good experience, I'll be coming back here!

Super zuvorkommendes Personal, nett und besser, als im fünfSterne Hotel in Opatija. Auch die Aufzüge haben wunderbar funktioniert. Frühstück war ausreichend und für jeden was da. Schön, dass sie auf Berge von Plastikmüll bei den Portionspackungen verzichten! Toll. Die Lage ist ebenfalls super. Zu Fuß alles zentral erreichbar . Parkplätze sind etwas eng, aber so ist es in Opatija. Wir waren kurz da, aber es war sehr schön.

Hotel is gedateerd en zeker geen 4 sterren meer waard. Ontvangst aan receptie was ok maar nooit vermeld dat consumpties bij avondeten apart betaald dienden te worden. Het ontbijt was chaotisch en een 4 sterrenhotel onwaardig. File aan de koffiemachibe, beleg niet op tijd aangevuld, weinig keuze soorten brood, confituur en choco uit grote pot te scheppen, boter van grote klont schrapen. Deksels honingpotten zo kleverig als wat. Op de kamer glas gevonden met lippenstift van een vorige gaste. Waarom geen aparte porties voorzien? Vooral na corona is het totaal ondenkbaar dat dit nog kan!! We zijn ontgoocheld en zullen dit hotel niet meer boeken. Hygiene laat duidelijk te wensen over!!

Deluso, colazione da paura, non siamo abituati al salato di mattina, e di dolce c'era solo il miele e le confetture, nemmeno il burro c'era, e poi un po' di italiano credo che i dipendenti dovrebbero masticarlo,solo al checkout abbiamo incontrato un ragazzo alla reception che qualcosa sapeva e lo ringraziamo di cuore ma al check-in e per la cena è stato deludente, l'anno scorso l'esperienza è stata molto bella questa volta delusione totale
