Imagine soaking in a hot tub with a glass of champagne, gazing out at the endless blue ocean. Afterwards, you take a refreshing dip in the pool, relax in the sauna, or enjoy your favorite book on a comfortable lounger. All of this is possible at Casa Fani, a 4-bedroom villa that can accommodate up to 8 people. It is located on the edge of the forest above Ičići, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still close enough to Opatija if you want to explore it.



On the ground floor of the villa there is an open plan space consisting of a kitchen, dining room and living room. The entire space is decorated in a modern style and has underfloor heating and air conditioning so you can set the desired temperature regardless of the time of year. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including an espresso machine. The dining table is large enough for your entire group and a high chair is also available. The living room has a large sofa and a TV with streaming services.



Casa Fani has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have ensuite bathrooms and one other bathroom. The bedrooms are on the 1st floor and have a large bed for 2 people and some have a balcony. The bathrooms are modern and equipped with toiletries and a shower.



The courtyard of the villa extends over 750 m² and is a great place to enjoy the outdoors. In the courtyard you will find a covered terrace with a table and there's also a barbecue, so you can easily prepare meals. In addition, the villa offers the opportunity for true wellness enjoyment. Wir waren zwei Wochen in der wunderschönen Villa mit 8 Personen. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat eigene Badezimmer, die Zimmer sind super schön und modern eingerichtet. Auf Qualität wurde in dem Haus sehr geachtet. Die Kommunikation mit den Inhabern war problemlos (nur Englisch), wir haben immer schnelle Antworten bekommen und sie waren sehr freundlich. Das Haus hat einen traumhaften Blick aufs Meer, vor allem von ganz oben. Es liegt sehr ruhig, und es weht immer ein leichter Wind, der sehr angenehm ist. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und die Zeit sehr genossen.
