This place is disgusting. So basically these owners purchased a fully functioning hotel with a restaurant and bar. They decided to utilize it like a small extended stay. There’s no amenities, they barely had working heat in the lobby (they’re using small office space heaters around the lobby area). The carpet around the entire building is OLD and nasty especially in the elevators. They didn’t even bother to shovel the parking lot after it snowed. Don’t even get me started on all the dirt, old food, and dust that was inside of the AC/heating unit. Turning it on was hazardous. This place is GROSS! Avoid it if you can!

The room was nice. Was sleeping on a worn mattress that was slightly comfortable. The breakfast was luke warm at best. No scrambled eggs. They were serving hard boiled eggs to go with the Belgian Waffles.

I reserved a room for the weekend. It was a disappointment. With hotel under new management and new employees, it has completely went under. I usually get rooms here for weekend to swim and relax. Front Desk, clerk knew very minimal English. Walk into hallways and the smell of smoke, cigar, and cannabis over powered triggering my asthma. Walk into room only 2 towels, no floor towel, hand towel or wash cloths. Asked the front desk and was informed they don't have any and no one available to provide. Next day I ask for room to be cleaned, the front desk clerk informed us that they do not clean the room unless every 3 days. And no clean linen is available. And the front desk do not provide towels, linen or toiletries (toilet paper and kleenex). The clerks were very rude and not hospitable. The pool area had no swim towels. And the same information was given from front desk. I started to notice during my stay i hadn't even seen a housekeeper cleaning or housekeeping cart. Seen "employees" around but never seen them do their job. With the past the previous employees at least hotel was cleaned, housekeeping was available and employees showed hospitality.

Dirty! Smelly! Old! They didn’t even salt/plow the parking lot after a snow storm. The bathroom had hair from a previous guest. Just all around nasty.

I understand you get what you pay for but the room smelled moldy. The carpet was hard and rough. There was no hair dryer, no coffee pot, no iron. The continental breakfast was from 6 to 9. Which we were never able to eat. My husband is in a wheelchair, the room was hard to maneuver. The shower drain did not work very well. They also charged a 50 dollar deposit on top of what we already paid

The room 231 had cockroaches so got moved to a different room the breakfast was not like it’s advertise the hospitality was not good never cleaned the room my hole stay I will never go back or recommend anyone to stay there I believe I should be accommodated for some of the money I paid for the time I was there

This is a pet friendly hotel with no notice posted anywhere that of areas where pets are not welcomed. Had an encounter with the manager after asking him why he denied us service at the breakfast room and why this is not posted anywhere and he went on and on asking for my name, what room number I was in, if we even paid the fee to have the pet there... Very unpolite felt like he was looking for any excuse to tell us something just for pointing this out.

There were bugs, the sheets were dirty, cigarette butts in a suposedly clean room. Pool was ok tho but the breakfast sucked. We got locked out of our rooms 3 times and had to get new keys several times!!!
