Jack, the front desk manager, helped us get a shuttle extremely late (3am) and accommodated us beyond accommodation. We made the trip to Omaha to lay my father to rest. It wasn’t an easy trip. The staff, the restaurant, and the historical beauty of The Magnolia were above and beyond. We’ll be staying again.

Very disappointed in this hotel as the wifi barely worked, we couldn't even stream a movie. And the morning we checked out, it didn't work at all. Also, the heat wouldn't go above 66 degrees. Very basic things that should have worked but did not! I would not stay here again.

Hotel seemed like good choice based on reviews with interesting decor. Traveled with our dog so pet friendly was important to us. Stayed one night, check in was great, staff friendly, however room was in dire need of deep cleaning and renovation, surprisingly comfy beds. Hallways smelled terrible as well. Would not stay here again.
