I had a couple of doctors appointments in Omaha, so I booked a room here for about a week, giving my credit card number to hold the room. A little before I went, I found out that one of the appointments was moved up quite a bit, so I didn't need to stay there as long as I planned. When I got there, I told the clerk that I had reservations for a room but didn't need the room for as long as I had planned. Since the days I didn't need were several days away, I didn't think there'd be a problem. The clerk told me that I needed to talk to someone else and charged me for the days I wouldn't be there. When I went to talk to the other person, I was given the curt response that there were no refunds (for the days they charged me for after I told them I didn't need them). I'm out a chunk of money, but I won't be staying there any more.
The room itself had a stove and a refrigerator (not a mini-fridge), which was nice. The rest of the room was pleasant, although there were some bugs hanging around. The free wifi was for only one device; so with two people in a room, one person doesn't get the free wifi. The staff was pleasant enough, but not helpful.
