The bed was great and the staff were very friendly and the room was big but my overall experience wasn’t good! I can easily see how this could become a 9.4 hotel but unfortunately today I could not rate them above a 6.00. I was there 9 days before having my room cleaned, blown lights in the room and fridge.. I really found front desk staff and maintenance staff to be awesome and once the housekeeping Manager was informed about my room, things turned around!
