It's given a room and the bathroom wasn't very clean . 6:00 affair on the back of 4:30 a.m. and we just spoke to the front desk about it. Really switched me to another room. They upgraded my stay and gave me a larger room.Very satisfied

Breakfast was nonexistent - except for a waffle. Coffee wasn't even available! My room was in disrepair - marks on the walls, a section of the bathroom wall had been cut out and placed back in without being sealed, a mysterious brown substance was on the light fixture, another light fixture was only partially attached to the wall, and the chair was stained.

Staff are as rude as you can get. And they tried to okie doke me check me in take my money then said my girlfriend was on some imaginary list and we both had to leave left us in the cold on Christmas Eve with 3 kids. They should be shut down immediately front desk lady was definitely on drugs
