I checked in but wasn’t informed that the elevator was out of service. And the clerk wasn’t concerned and I given a room on the third floor. So I canceled the reservation, because she didn’t inform me after I paid my bill. I’m a disabled veteran , hiking those stairs would have been a problem. I’ve stayed here a couple times before, when my organization have events in the area. And we never had any issues. Always clean and a pleasant environment. Well, I want be returning there any more. Because the customer service was terrible.

The elevator was out and i know they cant really control that. The tv and the phone in the room did not work. The towels did not seem cleen as they had someones hair on them. Room did smell like it had been smoked in at one time. The place was quiet and clean for the most part. Staff was very nice during check in and check out.

Worst stay Everr! I have very poor knees and the elevator did not work. Hotel personnel did not offer any sort of help whatsoever nor where we told upon check-in the elevator was not working. We learned about this once we got to the elevator. The hotel did not offer any sort of discounts or gratuitous efforts for the inconvenience. The Employee attitudes were oh well the elevator will be fixed sometime next week. This is highly unacceptable and I will never stay in this hotel again!

many complaints! intake staff is terrible, from the manager on down! female on 2nd shift (with the walker) should never be allowed into customer service period! she has no customer service skills whatsoever. elevator is broken & they put me on the 3rd floor, water only gets lukewarm at best. we will never ever go back to this place, the good ratings have to paid or bots!
