It was a nice room but the bed was uncomfortable, as well as it was so hot even though we had the air conditioner on. I went in the bathroom and saw what was a big hire roach or water bug that my boyfriend killed. The refrigerator was nasty, rusted brown and I just won’t be booking again.

Staff was very helpful and understanding but one of our rooms had roaches so they put us in another room it was better but they definitely need to bring in bug terminators to make sure no roaches other than that the room was clean also they don’t give you enough towels

The can at least serve real eggs. The breakfast was just okay. The door to our room didn't close all the way. Which means we had to push the door close, coming and going. The hotel needs an upgrade. The carpet needs shampooed, bad! I understand they're new owner. I suggest they invest in there property. This is hotel my husband and I stay when we go home to Memphis and that was our last time staying there. Needs a deep cleaning and some upgrades. Oh yeah, if you booked a suite don't expect 2 TV's because they removed the one in the sitting area. Yeah, we won't be back!!!

Room was in good condition. But we can NEVER get clean towels without having to wait for some to come out of the dryer. Then even if my grandson is with me and my husband they only give us 2 sets of towels. I usually go next door to Walmart and purchase us washcloths.

The room definitely felt neglected. Large dark stains on the furniture and the carpet. The outlets in the bathroom didn’t work. There were people hanging out around the building at all hours. Vast difference from the last time we stayed and we will probably look for somewhere else to stay next time. If there was a bright spot. It would be the staff. Very professional.

My only complaint was that we stayed 3 nights and there were no visits by housekeeping. No beds made , no garbage emptying, and the absolute worst was no towels were refreshed. We had to take our towels to the desk and ask for fresh towels. It was as if there were a shortage of fresh towels.

The room was nice but I had to ask for sheets for the pull out bed and no extra pillows. I asked my 2nd day for clean towels, tissue, and my garbage to be emptied but I got nothing. I told one of the ladies that there was no towels in the pool area it was not restocked so that’s why I needed new towels in my room. The coffee machine in the lobby needed cleaning and be restocked. The cup stuck to the bottom. Then I was looking for ice machine and I didn’t find one working at least on main floor and 1st floor. I didn’t eat food there too much and the Ladies were nice. I did get a good price on the room.
