"Hotel location is out of town, dining options in and around the hotel are very limited. The pub offers no draft beer despite having 5 tabs and food was not nice. The room was big but the aircon did not work properly and the aircon display was not working so I couldn’t tell the setting. Room condition was alright but not as good as it looks in the photos. Booked a club room and the view was terrible, the shower head was blocked and tiny amount of water shooting out into all directions from the shower head. Check in and out was extremely slow (takes over half an hour) and they tried to charge us again when we check out (we paid at check in). Reception staff was useless (despite they tried). It was difficult to call an Uber due to the location but the reception could not help get a taxi either. All they could do was to give us a car for one ride to town which costed 2000 INR (renting a car online with driver is only 2200INR for a day). Security at the door was very helpful though and clearly knows what he is doing. Overall it is not worth the price and will not recommend it to others."
