La Villa si trova in una tranquilla area residenziale immersa nel verde a due passi dal mare. L’ampio salone finemente arredato si affaccia sul verde grazie ad un ampio giardino alberato che circonda l’intera struttura, il mare si trova letteralmente a pochi passi da casa. I posti letto sono così suddivisi: una camera matrimoniale, una seconda camera corredata di un divano letto matrimoniale di nuova concezione, per un totale di 4 posti letto comodi. Sono presenti inoltre due bagni completi. Dall’area living si accede tramite una grande vetrata alla veranda coperta che rappresenta uno spazio ideale per pranzi e cene all’aperto. Il giardino, composto da prato inglese e piante tipiche della macchia mediterranea, è perfetto per momenti di svago e relax o semplicemente per prendere il sole sui lettini da esterno.
