INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

The covered veranda is one of the most appreciated spaces of the apartment: furnished with a table and chairs, it is the perfect place to enjoy outdoor meals with a sea view. Maestrale Flat offers functional interiors for up to four guests: the living room features a dining table, LED TV, double sofa bed and a kitchenette equipped with fridge/freezer, traditional oven, microwave and dishwasher. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with wardrobe, as well as a bathroom with shower. Both the living room and bedroom are equipped with air conditioning. Lo Squalo beach can be reached on foot in less than two minutes. A private outdoor parking space completes the property.

The beaches of Lo Squalo, Il Pellicano and Pittulongu are equipped with beach clubs, sunbeds and restaurants. Within walking distance you will also find cafés, supermarkets and popular local spots such as Ristorante Lo Squalo, Mamabeach, Trattoria Rossi and Costa Sarda Bar. Beaches reachable on foot include Lo Squalo, Pittulongu, Il Pellicano and Mare e Rocce. Within about 10 minutes by car you can reach the beaches of Golfo Aranci, such as Cala Sassari, Cala Sabina, Spiaggia Bianca, Baja Caddinas and Cala Moresca, a natural area home to a resident dolphin group.

Payments and security deposit
