Just outside the picturesque harbor of Porto Rotondo, Casa Rosa is part of a complex of 6 independent villas. This Sardinian-style holiday home is beautifully decorated in turquoise and blue tones with inviting wooden accents. It features a well-equipped kitchen with dining area (no living room), 2 double bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. The child-friendly house includes air conditioning and a TV. A crib and high chair are available on request.



The highlight of the property is the spacious outdoor area, boasting a lovely garden with Mediterranean plants, peacocks, and turtles. Here, you can relax and enjoy a peaceful atmosphere. Guests have access to a large shared pool, available for an extra charge and open from April 5 to September 30, which lights up in 7 different colors. The house also offers a private terrace, perfect for outdoor dining and unwinding in the evenings.



Thanks to its ideal location, away from the bustle of Porto Rotondo, privacy is guaranteed, and the center is just a few minutes’ drive away, where you’ll find shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés. The sandy beach of Marinella is 3 km away.



Parking is available. Pets are allowed on request and for an extra charge. Bed linen and towels are included and changed every 3 days. Wi-Fi is not available.
