The apartment, located on the second floor of a building with an elevator, opens onto the living area, furnished with a sofa, a TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped open kitchen. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and a closet, and the second with two single beds. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

Overlooking the spectacular gulf dominated by the island of Tavolara, Olbia is the main tourist destination in northern Sardinia. With its international port and airport, its scenic beauty, history, and traditions, it boasts an exceptional tourist offer. In te center are the medieval Basilica of San Simplicio and the Archaeological Museum, exhibiting artifacts from Nuragic artifacts to Roman warships, and in the hills just outside the city, overlooking the gulf, the archaeological site Nuraghe Riu Mulinu. The city is also the location of major events such as the Giro d'Italia and concerts by internationally renowned artists.

Olbia's coastal area alternates between beaches and cliffs of incomparable beauty, including Pittulongu, Porto Istana, Le Saline, Li Cuncheddi, and Bados. In addition, this area offers a network of nature trails rich in biodiversity, of varying degrees of difficulty for all types of hikers, offering breathtaking panoramic views.

The traditional food and wine are also worth discovering, in the numerous restaurants and festivals. To accompany, a good Vermentino di Gallura DOCG is a must, and to finish a delicious seada with honey and a glass of homemade myrtle.
