Paid more than I would have because the hotel was supposed to have a bar. It closed before we even checked in, even the front desk said it was supposed to be open. It was also unavailable before checkout. Don’t list amenities that aren’t actually available. I feel ripped off.

Staff very nice! No problems there. Wi-Fi is almost non existent, no bandwidth. AC unit ran 24/7 and couldn't keep up. Room was 74 so it was livable but noisy. No vending machines. They have a store with very limited product.

I left a briefcase with my laptop in the hotel room and did not discover that until I was a 12 hour drive away. I called the hotel and they had nothing turned into list & found. But the front desk said housekeeping has a separate log and they would check in the morning. But 5 mins later I get a text saying housekeeping has the bag and laptop! How honest and trustworthy! The hotel even had a service for me to get the laptop and briefcase returned within a couple days. Two days later it was air shipped and received by me from Holiday Inn. I am so grateful for the honesty of their staff.

The pool door wouldn't unlock. Staff was very polite and help us get it. After getting in the pool area decided not to swim because it smelled bad and water looked cloudy. Everything else with the stay was good. Staff was very nice and polite.

Pros: We stayed in the king suite. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and everyone there was so kind and accommodating. This hotel has a kitchen so they have a breakfast and dinner menu, plus room service. We opted to get breakfast for 2 added to the room and that was delicious. We opted to eat in our room so they packed it up for us. They have an indoor pool and hot tub, but we didn't use it. The lobby/bar area is nicely decorated. The hotel is not too far from Quail Spring Mall which was great to shop at and Lyft was quick to transport us around OKC. Cons: The bathtub appeared to have a bit of mold on the tub caulking and the tub faucet leaked.
