There was a rodent in the room, yea I was given another room but was uncomfortable and at that point unable to relax and return to sleep. I complained to the manager and was told I would get a refund for the inconvenience BUT that was a lie and now the manager is avoiding all my emails and calls. I will never stay here again!

Was disappointed that the pool wasn’t listed with the pool out of service, I also needed to use the guest laundry and it was not maintained. Clothes did not efficiently clean or dry.

Room was disgusting. Roaches in multiple places of the room that we killed. Bathroom was dirty and stuff was broken. The ac unit box was broken. Drove 13 hours through the day and picked this place close to the college, arriving in middle of night. Will not be staying there again. Guy at front desk wasn’t even gonna tell me what the incidentals hold was. I had to ask multiple times. He just kept demanding my id and card. Was $100 for half a night staying there. When most all hotels are $50 and we didn’t arrive until close to midnight and checked out at 10 am. Just disappointing place.

The room was kind of dirty. The housekeeping isn’t cleaning behind the doors and there was dirt and dead bugs. No soap in bathroom and your towels are very minimal . The shower was hot and beds are comfy

Everything has been great, until this evening. I had a bike stolen from me, so i went and got the bike back, but it was just a frame and two wheels. I was told i had to leave my bike outside with no way to lock up to be stolen again, by two guys at front desk. Said they dont allow working on bikes here. I have no tools to do that. But your boasting how close to campus that you are? I really hope my bike does not come up missing again.

There were bugs, spiders, and cockroachs in the room. Bugs smashed in the curtains. There was only two bath towels and one hand towel. Manager not avaliable to help. Paid extra to stay at this hotel because it had an indoor pool and the pool was out of order, I think it should mention that on the website. Overall horrible experience.
