Within 30 minutes I found 3 bedbugs. Then another lady found some in her room. She was on the second floor and I was on the 3rd floor. Also, the shower didn’t work, the dryers didn’t work and one elevator had the panel with wires exposed. But, do not stay there unless you want bed bugs!

The beds were not very sturdy, the shower faucet was not very high quality and there were stains on the walls. I wanted to do laundry, but the dryer was broken. As ai was checking in, another guest rushed the front desk showing pictures of bed bugs that she had just found in her room. I would be able to recommend this property to a friend or family. Breakfast was excellent.

After the front desk clerk checked us in, other guests met us at the elevator and were complaining/leaving because of bed bugs found on two separate floors. The guests had pictures and videos of the bed bugs. When asked, the front desk clerk acknowledged the issue and told me to call Expedia for a refund, which they gave me immediately. I feel like the hotel has a responsibility to let guests know of an issue as serious as bed bugs infestation.
