I prepaid for the hotel to HOTELS.COM AND when I checked in it was a holding fee for incidentals of 50.00 normal … BUT I WOULD ONLY GET 40.00 credit back since 10.00 was and online booking charge!!! WTH !!! So the room rate that I booked was actually 10.00 more SO THAT WAS A SURPRISE! Not happy HOTELS.com and I am a platinum member!
