Room was great, had to check in at a differnt hotet, kinda confusing. Loved the 3 bedroom suite. Would be nice if it had a second bathroom but other then that it was great. Loved the private back yard and short walk to the lake!

Very accommodating hotel. The room was comfortable and the hotel convenient. The area was lovely and we felt safe and welcomed. The only drawback was the other guests were kinda loud and since it was pleasant weather, they were outside kinda loud :). Additionally the walls were a bit thin. Overall though it was pleasant, clean and comfortable and good value for money.

The property is in much better shape than the "sister" motels behind it. Very clean rooms which have been actively maintained. It is a dog friendly property which is great, and the suites on the top floor have a magical view of the park and some can even see the lake. Highly recommend for a trip to Penticton!

Parking lot is very cramped and difficult to manoeuvre in. Kitchen only had the barest essential amenities. No paper towel, no dish cloth, no decent tea towel. Glassware was not clean. Fridge opens wrong way. Limited access to eating establishments. No placemats or anything to eat on. Table on patio not clean. Bathtub looks very grimy - either remove the non-slip strips or at least scrub them - disgusting! We did not use the tub. Beds were acceptable for comfort. Windows dirty, blinds need maintenance also dirty. Property is quite old, dated and run down. Otherwise tolerable and ok for the price. Management was very friendly and cooperative, allowing us to cancel our 2nd night as we had a family emergency requiring us to leave early. Appreciated that. Pretty quiet for such a busy location.

The receptionist was very friendly room was very clean but aging a bit bass were comfy air conditioning great place location very close to lake which was a great plus overall worth the money 👍👍👍 witched it had a pool

Very good location for a family vacation stay. Very good staff. Was a bit taken aback when payment was made at time of checking in, and the machine asks for a tip before any services are rendered.
