The people were welcoming. The room was average and like any other hotel. The shower curtain and drain in tub weren't clean, though. The place could use an updating, but otber than that, it was just what we needed for the price it was at.

Normally I would give a raving review but this visit was a disaster. I come monthly and have never had such horrible experience.I have physical disabilities and was originally put on the stairs only second floor, then they put me in a room that the pull out bed was broken, as in even my husband, a framer, couldnt pull out; we have kids that needed a bed. then they gave us a key card to a room already in use, my toddlers ran into a room with someone having a nap. the 4th room had no mattress in the pullout couch and it took hours and multiple times asking for a mattress for one to arrive. The next issue was the support bar in the bath tub, my 15 month old tore it out of the wall. it was screwed into dowels and rusty. if I, someone with physical disabilities, who NEEDS those bars; or an elderly person used it, we could have been hurt. I asked to speak with a manager and have yet to hear from anyone. I understand its the holidays but this was beyond unacceptable. every thing that happened was met with an "oh sorry"

Our first stay on Dec 19th was good. Our stay on Dec 27th the maid had only equipped the room with 1hand towel, no face cloths. So we couldn’t shower after our long trip. But everything else was good

He walks out and one of them invites me to the counter. Nothing like being ignored when you are seeking service from peopme who are in the hospitality industry.

Not a hotel I would stay at again. Definitely an establishment on its way down in need of a serious renovation. None of the supporting facilities were open during my stay. You get what you pay for.
