I was in Kelowna for a 4-day trip, and I never met such kind staff before. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and they were very kind to assist us with any issues or problems. I would 10/10 recommend this hotel and want to give a shoutout to all the staff!

Room was very clean. Our room overlooked the pool which was great. Front desk were helpful when we had some questions. Easy check-in process too! One of the things we loved about it was that it’s close to restaurants and the mall. Would definitely come back here again.
