The hide-a-bed was most uncomfortable. All the springs were sticking out. Front desk offered a mattress protector that helped a bit. Kids had fun in the pool area.

Room was great. Comfortable bed. I booked this hotel specifically for the pool/waterslide for my kids and we were disappointed in the conditions of the pool. It was filthy. Water was murky and no towels.. tons of debris in the water.

The staff was so friendly and accomodating, I forgot my toothpaste and was given a complimentary travel size for free. The room was beautiful, and clean, the breakfast was next level, lots of options! My only complaint is that the rooms are not sound proof at all, there was a baby crying across the hall and it sounded like it was right beside me. Also, I had a business meeting online, and my colleagues could hear the vacuum cleaner down the hall.
