The room was clean & the staff were exceptional. The problems were that I rent a kitchen room for 3 days & there were few dishes in there. I brought some but only 3 place settings 3 sets of utensils was a little small also considering i had booked 1 with 2 guests & had another friend book a room so we could have xmas dinner. So half ate on paper plates & throw away utensils. Next the bathtub plud didn't work. My 82 yearold mom bathes not shiwers but we made do. The other things were they ran out of face cloths they ciuld have grabbed some from another vacant room & last the dish washer would start then stop. So aver all we were a little dissatisfied especially withit being a best western. A repeatable hotel. That cost me close to 600.$ in the end.

The room faced an intersection of a highway a a busy road, so sleep was constantly disrupted. Room looked clean but smelled like “human” Front desk person was curt and unfriendly. Body odour was overwhelming Even though I checked out the following day, I am still waiting for my damage deposit to be released, from four days ago. Not my best BW experience

I think we got a room that was recently renovated and it was so fresh and clean and nice ! We were very comfortable, the room was cozy, we were on the end and we loved that. The parking lot was a little dicey for parking. It would see that a lot of workers stay here and they have big trucks to park at the end of the day. Over all though, great hotel. Conveniently located for shopping. We will stay here again!
