This wonderful property features 1 cozy bedroom with a queen bed, a pleasant living room with an additional couch/queen bed and TV. The bathroom is stocked with all the essentials. Guests can enjoy the excellent amenities such as a large private yard, being walking distance to town, AC and heating throughout, and more. Our guesthouse is equipped for a 1 month stay to make your holiday one to remember. There is a functional kitchen with refrigerator, stove and Keurig coffeemaker. Pets are permitted on a case by case basis with an additional fee and damage deposit. A ping-pong table is available in the yard for your enjoyment. 30 day minimum stay as required by The City of Ojai. We request tenants to sign a lease for the requested term and be verified through a third party such as Apply Connect prior to approval for rental of 30 days or more. Thank you.
