建物自体は古いですが、部屋はお洒落にリフォームしたので、とても満足です。海見えて、朝日は綺麗です。市内中心部でスーパーや飲食店がたくさんあります。 楼房虽然有点旧，但是房间内部重新装修的很漂亮，能看见海边旭日东升，并且在市中心，各种超市和饭店都很近，非常满意。
