부모님 모시고 좋은 추억을 만들려고 간 여행이 숙박시설 때문에 실망스럽고 지불한 금액이 너무나 아까워서 후기를 남깁니다. 제가 예전에 경험한 료칸과 비교해보면 청결도, 서비스 면에서 많이 뒤쳐지는 곳이었습니다. 기본적으로 룸에 생수조차 제공되지않아 자판기 물을 사먹었고, 룸타월을 공용탕에 가지고가서 사용후 다시 룸에 가지고와야 다음날 아침에 사용할수 있었습니다. 잠자리를 만들기위해 테이블을 치우고 침구는 셀프로 깔아야했는데 두껍고 무거운 매트를 깔고 그위에 얇은 시트를 감싸덮고 또 이불도 꺼내서 셋팅해야하는 번거로움이 있었습니다. 예전에 경험한 료칸보다 숙박비가 배이상 비싼데 예전 료칸은 모두 호텔측에서 서비스 해주었던 부분입니다. 룸내에 세면대에는 수건을 걸수 있는 벽걸이조차 한개도 없어서 의자에 수건을 걸쳐놓을수밖에 없었습니다. 룸에 다다미 냄새뿐 아니라 화장실 냄새까지 나는것 같아서 밤새 잠을 설치고 나왔는데 정말 생각할수록 화가 납니다. 주중 1박에 룸 2개였는데 한국돈 100만원을 지불했고 기대감도 컸는데 너무너무 실망했습니다. 호텔닷컴 측에서는 어느정도 검증이 된 숙박시설을 올려주셨으면 하는 바램입니다.
