It is an unstaffed self checkin hostel. That is not the problem. The problem is that they give the same code to a ton of the rooms so someone came to check in to the room next to mine but unlocked MY ROOM. So the code next door and to my room was the same and it worked so now this random man knew he could get into my room. It is NOT secure or safe. Also they say you can check in with a person between 4-8 but that is not true. Did not feel safe in my room after knowing someone else could use their code to get into my room. Also what would’ve happened if I wasn’t in my room when they unlocked it. Also all my valuables were in the room.

There was no elevator so I had to carry my luggage to 3rd floor. Nobody was at front desk/office when I arrived and most of the time. The front door was not locked all the time even during night/early morning.

Rugby World Cup rip off.

Bathroom left alot to be desired, didn't utilise shower facilities as they didn't look clean. Ladies toilet facilities not much better. Not good value for money given we paid over double the normal price. Kitchen was clean. the one person doing check in did a good job but looked very stressed possibly could have employed extra staff given the extra costs they were charging.

Very basic

more like a hostel than guesthouse, no soap or towels, needs some TLC. Internet price incorrect, my 'birthday deal' was changed so I had to pay an extra £15 (Y2300) on arrival. I would have paid extra and stayed elsewhere.

Single Private Room

The location of this hotel was great - really close to the train and bus stations and there were several hot springs nearby. You even get a free coupon to use one of the more famous ones. I think one negative thing was the sleeping conditions - the walls were thin (noisy) and my door was made of opaque glass so even with the shade, a lot of light came in. If you're a light sleeper like me, bring an eye mask and ear plugs and you should be okay. But my single private room was huge and easy to relax in. I enjoyed staying here.

Fine for a night. Bathrooms and hotel were not very clean, very basic accommodation. Pay extra for AC and heat. Great location, cheap option.

It fits with the acomodation fee. Basically, there is no staff. Showers and toilets are shared with other guests. Enjoy local spa around the guest house. Do not expect anything. You will be satisfied if you think that is for just sleeping.

入室した時に、前滞在者の髪の毛が室内に数本落ちていたのと、カーテンを開けた時の窓際の埃が気になった。布団のシーツや布団カバー枕カバーの清潔さでよく眠れた。 また機会があれば利用しようと思う。
