Perfect spot breakfast was simple but there when we wanted it. Coffee was great. Wonderful breakfast place right across the street and everything else is walking distance. Including the beach. Perfect for a family or a couple. We will be back.

This is a very nice place in a great location. The staff was very, very good. The woman working in the office upon our arrival as well as when we checked out was excellent. She obviously went out of her way to be helpful and to make our stay most pleasant. Our room was very clean.Will very likely book here again next season. A special thank you to all of the staff!

My two girlfriends and I take a yearly trip to Ogunquit and have been staying at the Ogunquit Tides due to it having two bedrooms and a sofabed, good price and also close to downtown. They also have a beautiful outdoor pool, indoor pool, continental breakfast and you can actually walk to the beach at low tide. Great place for the value. Staff helpful and friendly.

The other reviewers are correct, the exterior of the property is nice, but the rooms are pretty beat up. We enjoyed our stay though, it was quiet and there is a beautiful view of the marsh with the open ocean beyond. I recommend room 214, there’s a balcony with the view.

The Ogunquit Tides Resort is a great place to stay while in town. It’s pretty centralized to everything. There is a trolley that will pick you up right across the street and take you to downtown ,Perkins Cove and to both beaches. The rooms are pretty clean and well air conditioned. The pool is one of the larger ones I’ve seen in the area and it’s a short walk to the back of the resort to the Ogunquit river when at high tide you can relax on a tube or go kayaking. This will be our go to spot when visiting the area.

We were a little worried, all the units have a separate built in AC, but the bedrooms didn’t have their own air source and didn’t cool down easily. After having the air running and bedroom doors open to the living area, they finally cooled off. The stay was very pleasant, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay again!
