We’ve been going here for almost 50 years. This property has always been well maintained and comfortable. We especially like the private balconies that are literally on the ocean front. The adjacent Marginal Way is a beautiful one mile walk along the rocky sea coast from the Sparhawk to Perkins Cove.

Such a beautiful location on the sea and river inlet. Not just plain ocean. Borders the Marginal way entrance for gorgeous walking. The building is older and filled with 'regulars' , long timers, so it's quiet and unhurried. Nice breakfast selection and setting.

Beautiful view. Great balcony. Ample space in room. Nice amenities like tennis pickleball saltwater heated pool closes at 9pm. Continental breakfast. Lots of parking and very close to all the nightlife shops and restaurants.
