We loved staying at the colonial ; it is so convenient to the marginal way , and close to getting down town quickly. All staff was helpful & responsive ; the fresh baked cookies was fabulous , breakfast was always good Really love this location & hospitality

We had a great stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in the perfect location for everything we wanted to do. The staff was friendly, and the property was well maintained. Being so close to restaurants and shops made our trip even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to coming back on our next visit

Had a great two nights at the colonial inn with our three kids (11, 12 and 15). Great location, friendly staff, lovely little heated pool and hot tub. Breakfast was small but good quality. Room clean, comfortable and well appointed. Evening by the fire pit was a highlight.

Cute motel with all the amenities and room cery clean. The breakfast choices was good ( guacamole, gluten free bread),. The only thing was the pool that look a bite milky . Very good quality price in Ogunquit .

Staff was wonderful and so helpful. It's in a great location to marginal Way, beach, downtown. Was very clean. One suggestion is to move the full length mirror cause the dresser was blocking it. Otherwise, no complaints.

The hotel is old and it shows in the room. The AC unit was not very effective. But everything was very clean and the staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok but the choices were limited. The location is the best feature of this hotel: it is a short walk to the beach (around 15 minutes), a short walk to the main area in town with all the restaurants and shops, you have two entrances to Marginal Way very close. You can park your car and not take it for all your stay!
