The Terrace inn is a beautifully maintained property in the rooms are immaculate. The staff is so friendly and helpful and the location cannot be beat! Absolutely wonderful!

This hotel is clean and lovely. My only suggestion would be to add boiled eggs to the breakfast for protein. The fresh fruit and yogurt were great! Staff was helpful and friendly.

The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and there is a mini-fridge in the room. Also a beautiful outside area for sitting which overlooks the ocean. So tranquil.

Stayed for 3 nights. Everything was excellent. All of the staff were friendly and courteous. Rooms were very nice full of amenities. Location is walkable to the Main St shopping. Good continental breakfast. Would come again.

Great place to stay! Parking is easy (one car per room clearly marked). Breakfast is healthy with fresh fruit of all kinds, yogurt, cereals, fresh bread products to toast, good coffee. If you need bacon and eggs you can easily find it nearby.

AMAZING VACATION!!! We enjoy all the time going to Ogunquit but at Terrace by the Sea, it is summummm!!! The staff is so friendly and welcoming!!! Perfect Perfect Perfect... What a perfect hotel from the parking, the balcony, huge closet, two suitcase stands, clean, to the comfortable beds. Little details that made the stay relaxing & enjoyable. Walking distance to shops, restaurants & the beach. Love it!
