So the bed was very comfortable it was very clean in there. my only complaint with the chairs they were broken when we sat down your butt went through. Also, there was no microwave which or USB ports to charge your devicesThey said we had breakfast it was subpar as there was no hot choices But it’s in a great location close to the beach for walking and close to downtown for walking and the people are very nice

The location is obviously the the best part of this resort. The staff was very unfriendly. I had also booked through expedia. It states card won't be charged. It was immediately not huge for me as i expected it, but misleading. ALSO checked online about parking. It says self parking limited. OGUNQUIT is Awful to try and park. When we checked in. There were rooms available they stated only one spot for parking. We had 2 cars from 2 different states. I asked about being able to park in a vacant room spot since it was mid evening n we were leaving the next morning. They said no told us about the one and only overnight parking. We get there it was an additional 50$ i asked for voucher or $ off bill they said no and walked away. Our room was not vacuumed or cleaned. Only one set of towels. At almost 300$ a night NOT INCLUDING the parking. I expect better. Then asked the next morning if we could at least leave our car in the lot (as to not have to pay yet again) to enjoy some beach time and the shops they only extended our time til noon even though check in is at 3. We then observed the literal bare minimum of them cleaning. There are better options in Ogunquit with much nicer staff and stay. I recommend those.

Terrace By The Sea is the quintessential New England/Maine seashore inn that will reminded us of times gone by. Great location in front of the inlet with wide views to the bay; we enjoyed watching the surf roll in on the very comfortable lounge chairs on the front lawn. Our room was simple yet very clean and comfortable and we appreciated every room having a dedicated parking space. Highly recommended : )

Lovely

Beautiful common area to sit and relax on lawn area. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast had a variety of options for fruit, juice, bagles/muffins/toast. No eggs or meat.
