Excellent place to stay

Room was clean. Housekeeping checked on us every day of our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything. The heat broke down but maintenance was there to replace it immediately. All staff was very pleasant.

The room was clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathroom was modern. The exterior of the hotel, including balconies, stairs, etc. need to be powerwashed and/or updated. The deck furniture should be replaced.

Couldn't ask for a better view!!! Updated, staff was awesome! My only complaint, the first night , I might have slept 2hrs! We were in room 104 and it was very loud, beacuse someone on the second floor, I believe was a kid kept running back and forth, and it was maddening! The elevator and doors were too close to the front door of the room! Stay clear of 104

Best location and only beachfront property in Ogunquit. Loved our 2nd floor room in The Dunes, nicely renovated and great views. Lisa at the front desk was extremely pleasant and accommodating. Will definitely stay again!
