Staff was not friendly and would not give us a room closer to the stairs, even though I told them I had mobility issues. The rooms was never cleaned over a 2 night stay. Bed was not made, no fresh towels and trash was not emptied. I told them about this at checkout, and the woman at the desk just looked at me, and said the room should have been cleaned. No apology.

I booked the room thru Hotels.com and got a price for 3 nights of $551.00. At the Hotel, I was charged $699. They would not honor the quote from Hotels.com
