I was not able to stay at this property because there weren't enough beds to meet our needs. I cancelled the same day I booked the property and the owner and VRBO did not ensure that the booking was actually cancelled. We were charged the full amount despite our repeated requests of both the owner and VRBO to take care of their mistake. VRBO has now refunded their part and despite the owner promising a refund they have not. The owner is now ignoring my communication. If you want an owner who is communicative DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PROPERTY.
