The bed was super uncomfortable, and the air conditioner unit was so noisy it was hard to sleep. Staff was very friendly!

Toilet in room did not function properly - not enough suction to evacuate contents when flushing. Confirmed that toilet was not clogged; it is just a bad toilet. This had to have been identified by previous guests, so the hotel is either not recognizing the issue or does not know how to fix it; either case - that specific room should not be offered until fixed. Staff did take note of the issue.

The check in clerk was so nice. I wish I had gotten her name. The room was spotless. The entire area was quite. The sheets smelled so clean. The pillows were amazing!!!! I would stay here again anytime.
