Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
When I arrive at the property to check in, it was told where I booked was not available. Mind you I never received a call from anyone to make me aware of this issues. The gentleman who title I don’t know, tried to accommodate me with two rooms ,which where both dirty has hell. One of the two was not even clean by housekeeping was shown to us. Finally , after the cat and mouse game. I demanded a refund , only for them to drag there foot on a refund. Unfortunately, I had to book elsewhere due to this mess.
