This beautiful lower-level beachfront duplex offers stunning Pacific Ocean views from your private deck, just steps from the sand—perfect for relaxing to the sound of the waves or enjoying a sunset stroll along the shore. The home features 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests with a king bedroom, a twin bedroom (2 twins), and a side room with 2 Murphy beds for additional sleeping space. Inside, enjoy a spacious open living area with stylish décor, cozy furnishings, a gas fireplace, and a large flatscreen TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to prepare meals, with a dining table that seats six. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, central AC, outdoor shower, complimentary beach towels, gas grill, shared firepit area, and a one-car garage. Things to Know: No pets allowed.

Family Weekend in Oceanside

Property was amazing. We really enjoyed the view and backyard private beach. Only issue we had was high water pressure but manager fixed same day. I also thought there were 3 bedrooms from the picture of twin bedroom repeated in property details but text is accurate. We had the two murphy beds which is great for kids or smaller adults but we had two adults and the beds were a little small. However, overall stay was awesome! Would definitely recommend and come back.

Great place at the beach

Some confusion with guests on the upper floor about parking spaces (2 for this unit, 1 space for upstairs.) There is an entry key for the gate, but, if the other unit has taken the key, it is next to impossible to get in. There are remotes for the garage doors once you get in the condo but without the gate key, it is difficult. We called the emergency number and they were able to give us an emergency code for the garage,,, then we were able to access the inside door for the condo. The property manager called and was very helpful in resolving the parking issue and the entry issue. Otherwise, the property is wonderful. We had been worried about whether there is much of a beach. Water comes up to the rocks at high tide but recedes out to as much as 60 yards at low tide so we had plenty of walking room. The beach at this spot is not crowded at all. Excellent facilities: three bathrooms, great kitchen. The property manager was working on bathroom fans, lights and a door stuck on the freezer but, overall, everything was perfect. Again, the emergency contacts and property manager resolved any issues.

Sisters weekend

This is our 2nd time renting the property. Check in is smooth. Communication from Vacasa is timely. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are comfy and clean. We will make this our Oceanside home away from home. We’ve already referred more family and friends to stay at the property. Best part of the property: LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. The views are stunning. Coffee on the balcony in the am and a glass of wine watching the sunset every day!

Awesome place/stay!

This property is stunning along with the views it provides!!! You won't want to leave and you will be in awe the whole time! We can't wait to go back! You won't regret staying here! Things to note: You will share garage, washer and dryer (in garage), and backyard and beach stuff (ex. boogie boards) with whoever is staying above (in our case) you. If someone is staying above you, you will hear them when they walk, run, tromp etc. If you need assistance with anything, (ex. dishwasher stopped working in our case), Vicasa can be difficult to deal with/get through. If you, or someone in your party, can't handle stairs, this is not the rental property for you. This rental is down a flight of stairs and the back patio has stairs going down to the backyard area. There are codes for everything (garage, garage door, front door, Wifi, boogie board/beach storage unit and they can be a bit confusing to hunt down/get from Vicasa etc. We happened upon them in a guest book that someone else had left. The property itself has no alarm code and the gate next to garage does not have a code/key but was unlocked. Don't expect to swim from this property. It's very rocky and the stairs into the ocean are slippery. Not safe for (small)children...IMO The backyard has sand and a beach set up and you will probably get splashed by the waves crashing on the rocks...which is stunning in and of itself!!! But beware... We traveled down the road 10 min to hit the beach near the pier with our teens.

Cozy and Peaceful

We came during February while it was chilly. The place is very cozy and the sound of the ocean was fantastic. The kitchen is wonderful, spacious and pretty well supplied. We were disappointed that the windows looking out to the ocean were so dirty. There are a lot of big windows which take advantage of the ocean view but not if they’re dirty. We bought some glass cleaner and washed them ourselves. There seemed to be confusion with regards to entering the facility. The code given to open the gate never worked for us or the other people that stayed above us. We waited quite awhile for someone to assist us, 30-40minutes. They said they had a lot of calls at that time. Perhaps simply letting us know they received our text and that they’d get back to us would have been better. We finally called in and we’re assisted. I don’t want to sound negative because we had an overall nice visit but thought you should be aware of some areas that if improved would make it better for others.

Beach Paradise

Love, Love, Love this beach property! You can't get any closer to the ocean. The house was in a great location and very comfy. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with whatever you need. We loved the balcony for your morning coffee, and the sand patio was great for laying out. The views are spectacular! We will definitely stay here again!!
