The staff here was so friendly from people who answer the phone to the staff at the front desk who check you in Also I left my jacket here on accident and they kept it for me for a whole week until I was able to come back and get it. They could’ve just threw it away but they turned it in. I will definitely be staying here again because of the customer services I received

The staff was friendly, especially the nice lady who was keeping the breakfast area stocked and tidy. I didn't catch her name, but she was doing a fantastic job making sure everything was in constant readiness--I've never seen that much care and attention to a serve-yourself breakfast bar before. The room was clean and tidy, with enough room for my family of six to stay in one large room. It was only a 15 minute drive to Legoland, our ultimate destination. I highly recommend this place!

Staff was great, clean room, comfortable bed/pillows. Breakfast was good. But the coffee was terrible! Didn’t even taste like coffee. Tried telling the staff and they didn’t do anything.
