Great location! Decent breakfast. The women who took care of the breakfast area and general hotel cleaning/maintenance was so friendly, courteous, and always smiling. My only complaint was one side of the bed was broken and sagged so I slept in a bit of a dip.

We requested a Jacuzzi room got dumped to a handicap room showed in website Jacuzzi still available even after we arrive late and they refused to let us upgrade to one even after conforming we had a Jacuzzi room to rent for weekend had been scolded rudky by lobby Daniel told to go after complaining we got screwed while he was on his cellphone in lobby sofas with guest playing on phone laying down on sofa empty soap in bathroom no shampoo asked for late check out and Daniel refused says we can't and was over charged and got refused to get our refund

Quiet and clean. Nothing wow , but it was clean and pretty quiet. Breakfast was good. Not much interaction with staff and rooms don’t get cleaned unless you request service.

I was told the balcony was overlooking the ocean, it was overlooking the freeway on ramp. Old rundown, bathroom door wouldn’t even stay shut, the front door jam was broken so even if we locked the door we had to secure it by jamming a chair under the handle. Waist of money The people who work there are great.

The list of ick is so long, between a cockroach in the fridge, a random stranger coming in my room in the middle of the night because the door doesn’t lock, the hot tub was freezing, no blankets or towels no phone to call for help, and the broken elevator and being put on the 2nd floor as a disabled person, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had and I travel a LOT!

The hotel is pretty average. For the price it is pretty good. The front desk staff were helpful and the morning breakfast staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We liked her alot. The breakfast was good and well stocked and the area was kept clean by the wonderful breakfast staff. Our room was pretty basic. The floors were visibly dirty and unfortunately we didn't feel too comfortable walking on it without shoes or socks. The beds were not very comfortable but they seemed clean. Our shower leaked all night. not just droplets, like a very slow stream. We let them know but no one ever came to check it. Overall for the price it was fine.
