The hotel is pretty average. For the price it is pretty good. The front desk staff were helpful and the morning breakfast staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We liked her alot. The breakfast was good and well stocked and the area was kept clean by the wonderful breakfast staff. Our room was pretty basic. The floors were visibly dirty and unfortunately we didn't feel too comfortable walking on it without shoes or socks. The beds were not very comfortable but they seemed clean. Our shower leaked all night. not just droplets, like a very slow stream. We let them know but no one ever came to check it. Overall for the price it was fine.

I booked rooms late but on the website I booked 1 room with 2 beds. It was for me, my husband and my 2 adult kids. We were there for a competition so I know they were probably already sold out. The front desk person was really sweet. I liked her. The room we ended up with wasn’t as stated, which was 1 room with 2 beds, but that was ok. We got 2 rooms next to each other, with 1 bed in each room and adjoining and was not charged extra. It was only the first floor around the corner from the front desk area. She did apologize but who’s kidding.. nice to have a separate room for more privacy. I liked this option and was pleased. Not only that but she was incredibly helpful and I liked her vibe. We had breakfast at the hotel which was free and they had great options.

It's neutral. When we checked, in we were given a room. The next day we were moved to another. The first room was temporary because the real room we booked wasn't cleaned or ready. The room was not spacious. They provided a crib for my 1 yr old baby. I had to pick it from the front desk. The bathroom space is awkward. I paid for security and protection of $30 but I was told at the check out desk that I didn't pay any security and protection. When it shows on the bill. I was told that I get $100 refund for deposit. But the check out said there's no deposit to refund.

Our room had food still in the refrigerator and a towel on the floor and stuff on a table. Supposedly someone was fixing the tv and left stuff there. The hot tub is currently closed for repair so if you’re coming soon don’t plan to use it.
