Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

Please set all four of the thermostats to 50 degrees, check both faucets, they leak! A simple adjustment of the handle should do the trick.

Garbage can be left in the kitchen, please clean up after your dogs (inside and outside). Dog waste bags can be left on the back porch, or take them with you.

Used towels can hang in the bathroom, sheets can be piled on the floor in the bedrooms. Drive/walkway lights can remain on. Return key and scramble the lock box.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Have fun, but not at other's expense. I write this because we've actually had boxing matches there, blood on the wall. That's not ok.

Awesome property, especially for our 2 dogs. The fully fenced yard and canal view were exactly what we were looking for. The neighborhood was super quiet and relaxing. The house is not huge but it was well appointed with everything we needed and the host was very responsive and nice..
