The room was good. For us, the mattress was a bit firmer then what we like. There was a breakfast, but for us we were unable to partake in it. It was breads and pastry items which were items that I couldn't partake. It would have been nice to have items that were not bread or pastry.

The room is clean and staff are very friendly and welcoming. Continental breakfast was just ok. Waffles were good, but there was no milk for cereal and only apples fruit wise. No sugar free sweetener for coffee. There was only one working ice machine all the way down in the lobby, and we are on the third floor.

The room was terrible. The balcony door didn't fully close or lock, and the shower had no pressure with a broken head, forcing us to take baths. The sink was broken, and the wall sockets were hanging. It was a horrible hotel experience and a total waste of money; I will never stay there again. Not to mention, they tried to put three adults in a room with a single bed when the reservation was for 2 beds and a fold-out.

We were charged for our stay through you when I reserved the room and then charged $100. for a deposit and charged AGAIN for our stay when we checked in leaving our card frozen and us unable to continue our anniversary trip. We are not only upset that our plans were cut short due to NO fault of ours but the money we NEVER should have been charged is in question of being returned not to mention the refund for the night we paid for and didn't get to stay. The disappointing breakfast didn't help matters.

It's alright. Big place, long hallways. Lots of seemingly vacant rooms. It has a nice trail to the Beach. No continental breakfast offered. Seems like it's mostly bring your own everything. I wish the balcony lights weren't left on all night, and had an on/off switch in each room. The bright light kinda drowns out the view of the night sky over the ocean, the stars, planets, and possible UFO sightings! ;)

My room was very clean and comfortable. It was quiet and I chose it for its great location to an annual event. Also close to the beach, shops, restaurants. It has its own putt putt, pool and hot tub though I did not use them. It has been attractively renovated recently. Staff were available and friendly. Only thing was that breakfast (7am to 10am) was out of hot food by 8:20. Also I recommend a map of the property for reference. Thank you. I will gladly stay here again sometime.

The property is under new ownership. The outside door next to our room doesn't lock so no keycard needed. There was a sign taped to the bathroom wall that said you would be charged for any damage or theft of towels. I found this very tacky. The towels were so thin you needed 2 to dry off and they only gave us 2. The breakfast was watered down juice, a bowl with 2 apples and you could make your own waffle. There was a crock pot with scrambled eggs. The bowl with instant oatmeal looked safe however it was so old that the oatmeal was bad and sticking to the package. The hot and cold water at the sink and in the shower were connected wrong so hot was on the right and cold was on the left. the person I spoke with had lots of excuses so I really don't think things will change. We had stayed here under the ld management and it was very nice. Not anymore.
