Summary:

The Polynesian Resort Condominiums is a shared complex of 69 condos. Prior to 2026 the location operated as the Polynesian Resort Hotel, but it transitioned to being individually rented vacation condos as of April 1st, 2026. Even though all condos are in the Polynesian Rentals program, they are each a unique property with a different owner and listing.



The Space:

Welcome to Grey's Anemone, a comfy one-bedroom unit on the third floor. This spacious family suite is arranged to sleep up to six guests with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa. The unit includes a fireplace to keep you warm on cool evenings and a balcony with a sliding door where you can step outside and take in the fresh ocean breeze. The condo has a full kitchen with a fridge, stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with a coffee pot and complimentary coffee to get you going in the mornings.



There is also a full private bathroom with a tub and shower, as well as a hair dryer and included toiletries.



Please note: This space is reserved for guests without pets.



As a guest of Polynesian Rentals, you'll get access to the communal pool room with heated pool and hot tub, the Game Room on the 2nd floor with a rentable pool table and real arcade games, and an outdoor recreation area with a swing set, horse shoe pits, tetherball pole, and a picnic area with BBQs. The Polynesian Resort is also within easy walking and driving distance of our favorite Ocean Shores' breakfast, Our Place, and the beach!

Interaction with Guests:

We leave you free to enjoy your stay! It is self check-in and checkout. However, the front desk is staffed by our team from 10 AM to 7 PM daily and we employe some on-site maintenance and housekeeping during the day – please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything. For urgent concerns after 7 PM, we employ an after hours phone service. They are trained to help with common questions and can contact staff if in-person assistance is needed. We do our best to make sure you have the freedom to enjoy the space on your own, but we have support available if you need it.
Make yourself comfortable in this condo, which features a fireplace. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
Be sure to enjoy recreational amenities including a hot tub and a sauna. Additional features at this condo include an arcade/game room and barbecue grills.

We had a blast staying here! Perfect location for the beach and all the fun shops and food in town! It was clean and had everything to start with for a VRBO. They have a pool, hot tub, & sauna. Family friendly with swings, basketball court, volleyball, & handball! Affordable and fun!
