Waterfront Bayside Beach Retreat

Park your car in your dedicated spot that you can see from the front door and enjoy all that OC has to offer! Our place is newly renovated. The condo is ground level and has a waterfront balcony situated on a canal that you can see the bay from. The balcony is perfect for entertaining with 2 tables and seating for 6. You'll be able to walk to the beach in less than 10 minutes, launch your kayak or fish and crab from your condo's back door! Inside the condo there's a full kitchen, dining room with seating for 4, island bar with seating for 4 and full laundry. The living room has a queen pull out sleeper couch and smart 55" TV with Xfinity cable. The master bedroom has a king bed, 32" TV with Xfinity cable, a private bathroom (no tub) and access to the balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a 3 bed bunkbed- 2 twins and 1 full (the bottom pulls out). The TV in the 2nd bedroom is a 40" ROKU TV connected to the WiFi and does not have cable.
The 2nd bathroom is located in the hallway (with a tub).

Acme (grocery), Liquid Assets, Sunsations, The Coffee Beanery and Bull on The Beach are all within a 10 minute walk. There is a playground, basketball & pickle ball courts less than 10 minutes walking distance. 94th street beach is a 10 minute walk. You’ll be a 5-10 minute drive to Fager’s, Ropewalk, Angler’s, Alley Oops, The Boardwalk, Jolly Rogers, OC Kabob, Dumser’s, The Greene Turtle, Dunkin Donuts and much more!

Wonderful Weekend

Our group had a wonderful weekend. The condo was clean and well kept. All furnishings were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was wonderfully equipped with anything and everything needed! The owner was extremely responsive and answered any and all questions we had...Will definitely stay again!!
