The place was quaint and homey. It is not the most upgraded property, but it was still a nice stay. Very nice staff. It was super close to everything you need and convenience of parking on the property. Everything was easy and clean.

Great beach location

My son and I were on a short beach vacation. The Villa was convenient to the beach, boardwalk, amusements, and favor restaurants and hangouts. The rooms were very comfortable and the owner/manager was very personable and always available for and needs. If you are on a beach trip and the room is just to sleep and relax in it was perfect. We parked off the street and never had to drive anywhere to enjoy a great stY at the beach.

If a room is just a place to sleep watch a little TV this is the place for you it's one block from the boardwalk the price is unbeatable in an extortic hotel which is 100 years old the money you save can be spent on dining and going to the outlets which I did

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms were so cute and cozy. The only down side was the bathroom in our room was a little bit hard to maneuver and wouldn't be the best for a person of larger stature other then that every thing was amazing. I loved the porch out front which provided a nice spot to sit and people watch. The gentleman working the front desk was very attentive and quick to offer any assistance you may need. I will definitely stay here again in the future.
