We got checked in and the sliding door fell out of track and the remote didn’t work. Went to tell the desk and they switched rooms for us. Went got to the new room and the Ac on the porch was broken and the smoke alarm was beeping which indicates it needs a new battery. Hair dryer in the room did not work. The comforter on the bed was so thin like we had 2 sheets to cover us up.

Check in was bogus. I traveled with my family of 4 people. 2 of those 4 were under 7. It clearly states that anyone under 17 is free as long as you have enough beds. We got the suite for 6 people. They charged me for my 2 friends and the kids. I had to go to the office to request a refund. Then my friend needed linens and pillows because one of the beds didnt have anything on it. The staff that brought it started arguing with me over us having 6 people in the room and said we would be charged again. Luckily we havent been yet. However, I still havent received my refund for the 2 under 17.

Expedia has misleading information about this place. It does not have room service. This motel shares a front desk with the Flamingo next door so when you call asking questions about your room and they give you answers but do not ask which motel you are staying in. Its a 50/50 chance of getting a coffee machine or hair dryer. There are barely any dishes, I had one plastic plate someone put in the microwave and it partially melted. The air conditioner was so loud and pulsated most of the time that it was not possible to hear the TV and when I was attempting to sleep the air unit would wake me up frequently. One outlet had a prong from a previous device sitting in it.

Liars and charging an extra 50 dollars we will fight you in court over 50 dollars that you took from our account claiming the booking was not paid in full even with Hotels.com receipt and Visa Receipt. Put the 50 dollars back into my account asap or we will take legal action and jusging from your reviews it may become a class action lawsuit against you. Never stay at this crooked hotel they will steal your money.

Place was decent for the price. Only problem we had was one of the balcony doors was poorly installed and the top of the door didn’t reach the frame and kept trying to fall. We were told no one was available to fix it and when asked for some partial refund as the hotel did not have any other rooms to move to, we were told if anything we’d be charged extra for damaging hotel property. We have videos showing no damage was done and that the door was just installed poorly. Ask for a room change immediately if they try to put ya in 274!

Room was clean, bathroom looked unkept. There was glue in the sink to repair a large crack. The shower looked yellow tinted. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful about the property. The toilet was clogged as soon as we got there. Every time it needed to be used, it would clog/overflow. There was a new plunger (tag still on it) that we used and it didn’t seem to do anything. The water would just eventual go down on its own after a while. The sliding door for the balcony was hard to open.
