Across the street from the beach front hotels, 711 is just a quick walk down like 3-4 minutes walk away. Dead freddies restaurant is nearby and delicious. Would stay here again.

When I go to OC I stay either at this property or sea bay. Check in is done in the same place and staff are always very nice and friendly. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. This property is also great because is a short walk to the beach, bad monkeys which I love to eat at amd other places.

The hotel is good for the price point. The rooms are large and have a small kitchenette. The staff were great. We ate at the restaurant Sea Bay Cafe each morning. The service and food was good for the price. We enjoyed jumping in the pool after coming off the beach. It’s conveniently located near many restaurants.
